Ther is no denying the fact that relocating big businesses and industries and their workers from urban areas to rural areas could be a good solution for the issues of traffic congestion and housing in major cities. While it is a commonly held belief that most of the traffic and housing city problems could be solved by reducing the businesses and industies's big facilities in the highly crowded places, ther is also an argument opposes it. In my oppinion I consider that relocating them would make a major improvement.

To begin with, there is a good amount of non farming lands waiting to be invested in avalable in the rural areas. In other words, it is easy to rent or build residential areas nearly enough for the workers to settle some kilometers away from their work place. In addition, the workers will save energy and will be in a great shape which is usefull for their work potential. For example, workers will save a lot of time to invest in anything but traffic.

Another point to consider the rural side of the country provides wide open areas that are easy to organize in any helpfull way. It is also possible to say that, they have way less citizens and residents to worry about. Moreover, no more unwanted local small buisnesses around. For instance visitors won't bother passing by.

In conclusion despite people having different views, I believe that moving away the big businesses and indutries with their workers to far away less crowded places is a usefeull way of reducing traffic congestion and housing difficulties.
