Owning a house or renting a home has advantages as well as disadvantages. This essay will agree that owning a house is better than renting.
Houses are more advantageous in that , they are more spacious and one feel very relaxed in their own compound. There is satisfaction that one feels when you finally own a home. After a lot of hard work it finally pays off to see the dream coming true. The people in the soceity often respects you as they know it is a big
achievement. There is privacy in your house , one thing is because , one has to notify you when they are coming to visit you. This is contrally to when one is in an apartment where you find even your neighbours checking on you. Developing your house is very easy since you can style or modernise your house, the way you would like. I always admire big houses that have big lawns , fountains, big kitchen gardens as this is very refreshing. There is also security once you are in your own compound , this is because you may forget things outside the house and once you secure your home, no one can take your items ,this is contrally to leaving them in an open area like the apartments.
On the other hand renting a home is economically not wise. This is because you spend a lot of money on rent which can cripple you financially. The other drawback on renting a home is , you do not have freedom to do whatever you would like to do. For example if you have parties you will have to notify your landlord on what you are doing. The other issue on renting a home is that , you may be sharing the same amenities which may be probably not be enough for all tenants.
In conclusion, i would still argue that owning a home is better than renting a home.
