I partially agree to the given statement, which was relocating big businesses and industries and their workers from urban areas to rural areas could be a good solution for the issues of traffic congestion and housing in major cities. Both has its own prose and cons.
Because mostly all the big businesses and industries and their workers will be in urban area not in rural area, so there will be more vehicles moving around, which leads to more traffic in the urban area than the rural areas. So relocating big businesses and industries and their workers from urban areas to rural area will reduce the traffic in the rural area.
In another side, if we relocate all the big businesses and industries and their workers from urban areas to rural areas might shift" title="Correction: cause the traffic in urban areas to fully shift">make the traffic on urban area to shift fully to the rural area. So this might make the traffic congestion more on the rural area. The rural area is peaceful without traffic, it has a lot of natural greenery. But if we shift the big businesses in the rural areas, then the nature will be disturbed a lot. It might also increase the noise pollution.
Therefore shifting the big businesses and industries and their workers from urban areas to rural areas fully is not effective. So the best solution is to shift half of the big businesses and industries and their workers from the urban to the rural areas. This might even out the traffic and reduce the traffic efficiently.
