Relocating large businesses and industries from urban to rural region is often considered as a solution to problems like traffic congestion and housingshortages. While this approach can be beneficial, I partially agree that it is an effective solution.
One key advantages of relocating industries to rural areas to urban is the reduction of traffic congestion and housing pressure in cities. When large companies relocate their businesses to rural areas, fewer employees are required to live and commute within city. for instance, in China major comapnies have relocated themselves in rural areas and as a result it has shown reduced overcrowding in major cities like Beijing. as a result both traffic congestion and housing demand have decreased significiantly.
On the other hand, it also provides employemnet opportunities to the villagers near the relocated areas , but it may have shortages of skilled worker due to lack of transportation , education and as well as better health care in rural regions for instance according to econmic stats of UNICEF industries relocated in urban areas have mainly undergone in losses due to lack of facilities available to work for the skilled workers, reducing productivity and overalll efficinency.
In concluison, although relocating industries to rural areas may help in reducing traffic congestion as well as housing problems in cities , it is not a complete solution due to various practical challenges. Therefore , I believe this approach can be beneficial but should be combined with other measures.
