While I believe this strategy offers significant long-term benefits for urban decongestion, it presents substantial logistical and social challenges that must be addressed.

On the one hand, the centralization of industries is the primary driver of urban overcrowding. In many major cities, the concentration of jobs in a small geographic hub forces thousands of people to commute simultaneously, paralyzing transportation networks. By shifting these employment centers to rural areas, the "tidal wave" of daily commuters would be dispersed, leading to a natural reduction in traffic volume. Furthermore, the housing crisis in cities is largely a result of high demand for limited space. Relocating workers would lower the pressure on urban real estate markets, potentially making housing more affordable for those who remain, while simultaneously stimulating the economy of underdeveloped rural zones.

However, the practical implementation of such a policy is fraught with difficulties. Modern industries require robust infrastructure, including high-speed internet, reliable power grids, and advanced transport links, which are often lacking in rural areas. Moving a large-scale business is not merely about relocating an office; it involves uprooting the lives of hundreds of employees.
