So, most of the students these days prefer to live in or move abroad usually for studies and in my opinion it can be really challenging for them at first but later they will be adjust in the enviroment they live learn about the time mangement and responsibilites.

At firstly, they will learn how to cook a meal for themselves also they will be able to do house chores by themselves it will teach them a valueable life. And taking a gap year wont be something like messing up with our future if you have any goals like going aboard then after clearing intermediate you should take a gap year because as we see apparently in abroad most of the universities require an IELTS exam. It is a english profieciny skill based test even if you are going abroad for work or study they will ask you to show your ielts exam. It has been common in all around in europe even if you are undergrauted they will still ask you for that. For instance; if you want all of your courses in english because of your field or just to understand better and easily you should have your ielts certificate with you to prove your english langangue skills. And for IELTS you should have atleast 3 or 4 months to make your commuincation skills better most of the students take gap year just to give ielts exam.

On the other hand, some of the students take gap year because they feel lost they have no idea what to do or what to choose so they just go for that gap year. One of friend took gap year she was feeling lost and she had no idea what she should choose she also took a gap year but in the result she had lost alot of opportunites. Some of her other friends also took a gap year but they did some short courses like computers, excel, or digital marketing but she wasted her whole year just to think in which field she should go for. And i think shes not the only person out there alot of young people do that and they missed alot of opportunites.

In a nutshell, i would say taking a gap year and moving abroad can change your life and make you more independent. It just depends what they really choose for themselves.
