Summary: The essay meets the minimum word count (272 words) but only partially addresses the task. It presents arguments in favour of the internet simplifying communication and gives a clear opinion, but fails to discuss any arguments against the idea, as required by the prompt. This omission significantly limits task achievement. Coherence is basic with weak paragraph linking, lexical range is limited with noticeable errors, and grammatical structures are simple and often inaccurate. Overall, the essay demonstrates a limited but partially acceptable response to the task.

Some believe that people from various places are connected through the internet, which makes the world feel small, while others argue that the internet has made communication easier. I strongly believe in the statement that communicating with each other has been simplified by the help of the internet, as we can easily get connected with people all over the world using social media, and we can communicate without a language barrier.
Firstly, the internet has made improvements in connection building, whether with people from the same nation or within the country, or foreigners from worldwide. We can text or make a call easily at any time, anywhere, with ease, and exchange our ideas and experiences. The Internet not only makes it convenient for building connections among individuals but also fosters business or professional growth. People can easily communicate, make business agreements, and develop international trade.International relation will be improved and there will be strong connection between peoples.
Secondly, it not only makes a strong connection but also helps to eradicate language barriers to communicate with foreigners. The internet has made it easier with the help of different translation apps to translate any language and communicate online with the help of social media. For instance we can easily communicate with chinese and deal with the bussiness and work together with them to increase trade and build good connections. These makes no communication gap among people .
To conclude , as communication has been simplified with the advancement of internet and modern technology among an individuals the world feel smaller but it has made communication easier with strond bond among people worldwide without any language barrier.

Task Response5
Evaluation
The essay only discusses arguments for the internet simplifying communication (connection building and language barriers) and provides a clear opinion. However, it completely omits the required discussion of arguments against the idea. This leaves the response unbalanced and incomplete, directly missing a key part of the prompt.
Examples
The prompt asks to 'discuss the arguments for and against', but the essay only presents two points supporting the 'for' side. No mention of any counter-arguments or potential downsides (e.g., reduced face-to-face interaction, digital divide, misinformation).
How to Improve
To improve, you must include a balanced discussion. Devote one paragraph to the 'against' side, for example by acknowledging that internet communication can be impersonal, lead to misunderstandings without non-verbal cues, or create echo chambers. Then provide your own opinion weighing both sides. Ensure every part of the question is addressed.
Coherence & Cohesion5
Evaluation
The essay has a recognisable structure (introduction, two body paragraphs, conclusion) but lacks effective cohesion. Transitions between ideas are abrupt, and there is little use of linking words or phrases to guide the reader. The conclusion is very brief and does not summarise the arguments well.
Examples
The second body paragraph starts with 'Secondly, it not only makes a strong connection...' which is repetitive from the first paragraph. The conclusion uses 'To conclude' but then simply restates the opinion without summarising main points. No use of cohesive devices like 'however', 'on the other hand', 'furthermore'.
How to Improve
Use a range of linking words to show contrast (e.g., 'on the one hand... on the other hand', 'nevertheless'), addition (e.g., 'in addition', 'moreover'), and conclusion (e.g., 'in conclusion', 'to summarise'). Organise each paragraph around a clear topic sentence and ensure logical flow between sentences.
Lexical Resource5
Evaluation
The vocabulary is limited and occasionally imprecise. There are several spelling errors and inappropriate word choices. The range is adequate for everyday topics but does not show flexibility or sophistication.
Examples
Errors include 'bussiness' (business), 'strond bond' (strong bond), 'makes no communication gap' (creates no communication gap). Repetition of words like 'communication', 'connection', 'people'. Limited use of synonyms or collocations (e.g., 'foster', 'bridge the gap', 'interpersonal').
How to Improve
Expand your vocabulary by learning topic-specific terms (e.g., 'virtual communication', 'global interaction', 'digital platforms', 'linguistic barriers'). Use a dictionary to check spelling and collocation. Practice paraphrasing and using less common words accurately.
Grammatical Range & Accuracy5
Evaluation
The essay uses mostly simple and compound sentences with frequent grammatical errors. There is little attempt at complex structures, and errors in subject-verb agreement, articles, and punctuation reduce clarity. Accuracy is inconsistent.
Examples
Examples: 'These makes no communication gap' (should be 'This creates no communication gap'), 'among an individuals' (should be 'among individuals'), 'International relation will be improved' (inconsistent tense). Missing commas and run-on sentences throughout.
How to Improve
Practice writing sentences with subordinate clauses (e.g., 'Although the internet simplifies communication, it can also lead to misunderstandings.'). Review basic grammar rules: subject-verb agreement, countable/uncountable nouns, article usage. Proofread to correct punctuation and sentence boundaries.
