Accommodation is one of the most importent aspect in peoples life.alot of people confuse between having their own house or renting one .There are different factors can affect this choice , which have upsides and downsides on individuals lifes .In this essay i will discuss the advantages and disadvantages owning a house when compare to renting one .
On one hand ,there are several advantages for owing a house is the freedom that you have to do what ever you want in your own accommodation . For instance , if you want to refurbish the house , change the decorations . moreover you have the freedome to change the painting or demolish any part you dont like . If you rent a house or a flat you canot do any of these things cause you dont have the ownership. another significant advantage is you dont have to pay for the montly renting . You just need to pay for water and electricty taxes. so that you can save more money for money necessary things.
On the other hand there are downsides of having your own residental place is you should pay alot of money to own a place with the increase in properties cost . after paying alot to own a place you should pay more in order to erect the place ,further more you should spend money on the furniture. While if you rent a house or an apartment you dont have to worry about these issues especially in case of a furnished apartment . In addition , individual who have the
ownership will have to adapt with the neighbourhood as they will be forced to spend alot of time in the same region .However if you rent a place you can move in any time if you dont like the region or the neighbours.
In conclusion , renting or owning accommodation depend on various factors and involves careful decision . There are many advantages and disdvantages of owning a place compared with renting , although it depend on people preferences.
