Human beings love to relax and chill its in our nature. But it differ from a human being to another how we like to spend our leisure time some argue that free time should not be wasted and should be spent waisley in reading or in doing puzzles and others say its best spent on activities that relax the mind, both opinions will be discussed in this essay and a conclusion will be given.
Some people likes to enjoy their free in activities that helps grow the mind like reading or chess or playing games with puzzles whether its a real game or digital game, for instance : studys shows that most of the creative students in harvard or in other universetys spend their time in such activities and that is good habit training your mind was never a waste since it sharpens the mind and helps with intellectual growth and thinks that other hobbies will impede the mind rather than relax it.
On the other hand, individuals who rather relax with activities that dosen't cause much effort on the brain such as: watching tv shows, playing video games, listening to music and etc... , since they think that activies are more stress relieful and the mind should have some breaks like every other muscle .
In conclusion, i am convinced that there is a little doubt in the second oppinion and we should not spend all of our time in activities that aren't usefful for us instead we need to invest our time more in activities that more productive rather than leisure because it may come with huge personnel development later on life.
