There are two contrary opinions about whether university students should be free to choose their own subjects or whether they should be allowed to study subjects that will be helpful in the future.
On the one hand, it will be more practical for students if they choose what subject they want to study.Because this kind of choice gives more freedom and enthusiasim to studens than other options. They will be competitive while studying their choosen subjects , this is because they do not want to fail any exams in order to become confident about their choices are not wrong. This may seem strange to others, but for students this is really matters. By learning their own subjects, they will be more resilient, have no obstacles to choose career options too.
On the other hand, picking only beneficial subjects is also nice opportunity for students. They will be persistent while studying useful subjects like science and technology, because they have influence that related to their future. They will know they made good decision for their career in the todays` changing world. It will be also effective choice for their general knowledge. They do not need to think who they will be in the future because of this clear subjects they already know what is the best for them.
To sum up, two view are very birilliant ideas for choosing subjects that encouraging students. However, in my view that will be better if they choose subjects their own. This will give more motivation and independence for youngesters.
