As we know people live longer in developed countries, they face a lot of problems and need sustainable solutions. The community faces two main challenges which are population growth and economic pressure. Let's discuss the challenges and make solutions to solve these problems.

Growing old but alive for long term leads to population growth with low death rate but sustainable fertility rate. It creates pressure for populated housing societies because there is no concept of joint family system in the rich countries. It leads to a low young population and manpower in developed countries.

Another challenge is the economic pressure on the young manpower to contribute to the GDP of the country because many of the old people are not working and mostly depend on their children. Economic pressure increases due to people not focusing on reproducing babies for future manpower to maintain their richness.

The possible solutions are giving chances to the young Asian people to work in their countries and contribute to the economy but the population increasing issue is still here. To mitigate these effects of the growing age of people the solution is to take care of their health and eating healthy food to live longer. The other solution to the population growth is to develop more buildings for blacks and immigrants.

In conclusion, I discussed two problems above which are population effects and economic crisis in the rich countries while I also give two solutions which is to give Visas to asian young people and the other solution is to develop more apartments.
