In my opinion, both views for choosing subjects have their own significant value. Though Science and technology are essential but at the same time, other sections of study, maketing, law, for instance, also significant in our everyday life.

Firstly, science and technology related subjects such as medicine, natural science, biotechnology, microbiology, computer engeneering, electrical engeneering play a vital role in our life and most of the students have potential to go for these subjects. However, there are many students who have passion for subjects related to commerce and arts. No wonder these specific big changes" title="Correction: sectors of subjects can make big changes">sector of subjects can make a big changes to the country. What will happen if all the students go fo the subjects related to the science and tchnology? That can cause trouble to maintain the country.

One of my personal example is that my brother's dream is to be a lawyer and he do have passion for that kind of subject but my father wanted him to be a computer engineer. At the end, he had to sacrifice his dream. When my father hears about my choice which is to become a pharmacist, he was very pleased. So, most of the people still think in the same way as my father did. In my opinion a student should select the subject that he/she has interest in rather just randomly go for the science and technology related subjects. Nowadays, there is huge competition in this particular sector as most of the students select this without thinking twice.

In conclusion, both views to select the subjects are logical in its own way to contribute to the society and country.
