In contemporary society, it is often argued that university students should be allowed freely to choose subjects of their own interest while, others think that they should be directed to study the courses that will be beneficial in the future such as science and technology related subjects. In my opinion, students should be encourged to study the subjects which are helpful for future.

On the one hand, it is discussed that university students should have a free will to choose their educational path. This is mainly because when students get enrolled in the subjcts of their own choice, they focus more on their education. It has been observed that many candidates get higher grades when they select their own course. It has lead to cause more productivity, creativity and confidence among students. For example, a student got 97% marks in the final year and won Silver medal because he choosed his course which was easy to study.

On the other hand, one compelling argument is that students should be encourged to study those subjects which might have high employability ratio in the near future. The reason behind this is that as the world is making progress day by day, different artificial intellegence and science based course are getting more popular. The advisors should encourge students to take admissions in science and technical subjects. Consequently, students can get jobs easily rather then choosing subjects of their own choice and being jobless. For instance, Artifical intellegnce and Data programming, and Bioscience courses will bring higher jobs ratio.

In conclusion, some people belive that students should be allowed to choose their graduate degree while others think that guidance should be provided for choosing subjcts. From my perspective, boosting students confidence in science based subjects will be more benefical.
